Our clients rely on us not only for a successful outcome but also for our honest, diplomatic and informed advice. We are a firm of high integrity and professional rigour, but not at the expense of creativity and fresh thinking.
Our clients choose us for many reasons, which include: our confidential and rigorous approach, the tailoring of our process to suit each client’s specific needs, the breadth and depth of our network, and ability to reach candidates who are not readily identifiable.
Owing to the breadth of our coverage and One Firm approach, uniquely we provide our clients with a fully rounded, 360 degree picture of each prospective candidate for a given role.
Boardroom Search
We advise clients on non-executive appointments. We have developed a distinct research process which we apply to all our Board searches, whether for Chairs, NEDs or other non-executive positions, a process which involves wholly inclusive, wide ranging and in-depth sourcing. As a result, by its very essence our process ensures that, for each search, we identify a balanced range of candidates from the broadest possible spectrum.

The team
Asset & Wealth Management
The work we do in Wealth Management is broad in its scope, from advising on diversity, extensive due diligence for a start-up, through to specialist analysts and portfolio managers for family offices.
We operate in all areas of asset management, be that in investments across all the asset classes, distribution on a pan-European, Asian or Global basis, or in the corporate functions. We work for FTSE100 asset managers as well as boutiques and service providers. We can access a multitude of boardrooms in those sectors, drawing on a wealth of experience.
Investment Banking & Capital Markets
We have helped a combination of bulge-bracket, European, Global and mid-market investment banks and advisory boutiques add senior talent to their sector, country and product teams, in some instances building them from scratch. Beyond investment banking, core areas of strength include corporate broking, leveraged finance and debt advisory, where we have orchestrated team moves as well as individual hires.
Private Equity & Debt
Our experience across both sell and buyside means we are well placed to work with private equity and debt funds within the Financial Sponsor community, both in the UK and Continental Europe. We have conducted searches across the capital structure. We also work at the portfolio company level, placing non-executive talent into Board roles.
Operating Companies
We advise clients on a range of senior executive roles, typically at Board and Exco level. We operate across many different sectors and apply the same rigorous research process as we do for our Board searches.
