Caroline joined Longwater Partners in 2018 to develop executive and non-executive boardroom searches within digital, media and marketing areas. After an early career in the advertising industry with award winning agencies in the UK and the US, she set up Scout House in 2011 to partner with agency and marketing clients, placing talent in strategy, client service, innovation and leadership roles.

She works with a broad range of agencies across the globe including W+K NY, AKQA, Hall & Partners, Adam & Eve DDB, and clients including Decoded, Cefinn, Booking Bug and Charlotte Tilbury.

Caroline has a BSc from the University of Edinburgh.
