Our 3-phase process
Phase 1 (4 weeks):
Introduction and a comprehensive assessment of the executive's needs, skills and values to understand what is fundamentally important to them. This is supplemented by colleague interviews and references, resulting in a career assessment framework and report.
Phase 2 (4 weeks):
Rollout of a pragmatic plan to track and manage the executive’s activity, ideas, research and progress. Support in CV preparation, interviewing approach, network-building (target companies and techniques), and guidance in managing the search process and interactions with headhunters. We conclude with a feedback session.
Phase 3 (2 months):
A dedicated LWP lead is assigned to the executive and the job search begins in full. We support before and after job interviews, including pastoral guidance, with regular check-ins. Going forward, we act as a sounding board to the executive as the new career takes shape.
