Jennifer Walker

Jennifer has worked in financial services executive search since 1993. Most of her search career has been dedicated to investment banking (advisory, financing and structured finance) and private equity. She has experience of the European and Asian markets, having worked in both London and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Longwater, Jennifer founded Hollbeck Associates, working in a freelance capacity with a variety of executive search firms, investment banks and boutiques, conducting search, research and mapping exercises across a broad spectrum of financial services product areas and geographies.

Before entering the search industry, Jennifer spent two years with NatWest Markets working as an Analyst in the Structured & Specialised Finance Division.

Jennifer has a BSc from Swansea University.
